The world’s first all-electric commercial airplane has taken its inaugural test flight, taking off from the Canadian city of Vancouver.  Australian company magniX has come developed a clean and efficient way to power airplanes. The company claimed that the technology would involve significant cost savings for airlines and zero carbon emissions. However, the plane could only cover 100 miles, but the cheaper electric flights have the potential to transform the entire transportation system.
