Breakthrough Prize Foundation recently announced Maryam Mirzakhani New Frontiers Prize for Women Mathematicians. The prize is named after a renowned Mathematician, Maryam Mirzakhani who was the first woman to receive the Field’s Medal in Mathematics.  She was born in Teheran, Iran and was blessed with outstanding mathematical skills.  She was the winner of the mathematics olympiads in Iran and also a gold medal at the International Maths Olympiad in Hong Kong.
