A team of scientists from the University of Washington has designed a new type of engine that could make spacecraft more fuel-efficient, lightweight, and less difficult to create. This new tech would help scientists to develop a stable RDE after decades of theory. The engine introduced by scientists has been too unpredictable to be used in space travel until now. Scientists are now assured of making a working engine that uses the technology. Using the new model, the scientists discovered for the first time whether an engine of this sort would be stable or unstable.
