Every year the E3 showcase takes the center stage to announce some of the biggest gaming titles that gamers have been waiting for a long time. This year was no exception, and the event witnessed many new announcements. The gaming event also saw the unveiling of many new gaming trailers.
During the event, Microsoft had that “one more thing” moment at the Xbox and Bethesda E3 showcase. The company showcased an exciting accessory that was promised to gamers last year—the Xbox Mini Fridge. The company has claimed that the mini fridge will look exactly like an Xbox Series X console, and will be hitting the markets this holiday season.
Xbox that keeps you hydrated
Microsoft touts it as the “world’s most powerful mini fridge” and claims it packs Xbox velocity cooling architecture. The fridge seems to be capable of storing several cans of your preferred energy drink to keep you fueled during long gaming sessions on the Xbox.
Back in April, Aaron Greenberg, the general manager of Xbox games marketing said that the company would make the meme a reality and build a mini fridge if it won a Twitter brand contest. Xbox happens to win it and now we’re getting the Xbox Mini Fridge.
There’s no confirmation on whether people will be able to buy these or they will a part o a giveaway program. The company dished out a full-sized fridge last year, which was also given away to people. The new accessory is basically an Xbox that keeps your favorite drinks cold.
E2 showcase mega announcements
The E3 2021 event has seen many such launches including 30 new games. The titles include Starfield, Contraband, and The Outer Worlds 2. At the event, it was also announced that the Xbox Series X and the Series S will soon receive several updates including bringing the launch of the Microsoft Flight Simulator for Xbox consoles.
With so many new announcements, gamers might be able to keep busy beating all these new games, while enjoying their favorite drinks from the latest Xbox Mini Fridge.
