Hubble Studies High-Energy Gamma Ray Burst

NASA scientists have managed to examine the behavior of  gamma-ray burst GRB 190114C by using NASA/ESA Hubble Space Telescope.Gamma-ray bursts are considered as most powerful explosions in the Universe. They release high energetic gamma rays, light which can’t be visible through naked eye. Earlier research revealed that to achieve this energy, material must be released from a collapsing star at 99.999% the speed of light. An additional research paper that includes the analysis of galaxy hosting the gamma-ray burst will appear in the journal Astronomy and Astrophysics.
