French authorities have recently banned two US pesticides after a court found it harmful for bees as well as for the aquatic ecosystem. Studies have already found these two pesticides harmful to bees as it poses a great threat to their central nervous system. The court decision is appreciated by the environmentalist groups as the decreasing population of bees has become a serious concern in European countries.
