Blood Test Correctly Detects Cancer, Much Before Any Symptoms

A new study by the international team of researchers led by Dana-Farber Cancer Institute and the Mayo Clinic carried out a test that included more than 4,000 samples from patients. Researchers have claimed that blood tests are  capable of checking more than 50 types of cancer, often before any indications or symptoms. Moreover, it could help detect tumors sooner, so that they will be easier to cure. The test has accurately detected the 99.3% of positive results, however, the researcher is making sure that it doesn’t provide false data. As of now, Doctors are using this test in trials with patients and focusing on more research before approving it for commercial purposes.
