Researchers have succeeded in discovering how a cell nucleus and its chromosomal material reconstruct itself after cell division. Researchers explained that during the process of mitosis – that divides a cell into two daughter cells, temporarily disables the genes and disordered the structure of chromatin which comprises of DNA and protein. As soon as this process ends, the daughter cells reconstruct the complex chromatin structures within each cell nucleus.
