A couple has recently spotted a collection of ice eggs while walking on a Finland beach. They covered an area nearly the quarter of a football field. Ice specialists say that though this is a unique phenomenon and it occur due to a rare condition of waves and weather. Chunks of ice break from the larger ice sheets which are taxied to the shore by gusts of winds. Waves erode their edges and water sticks and freezes on them to make them look like balls. The size of the ice-balls vary from an average chicken egg to massive soccer balls
